Delivery, refunds & returns

Delivery

Free standard delivery on all orders over $250. Below that, standard shipping is $10 and express is $20. Orders dispatch Monday to Friday in unmarked packaging, and vaping products ship within Australia only. You receive tracking on dispatch. An adult signature may be required on delivery, couriers can ask for photo ID.

Returns & change of mind

Used or opened vaping devices cannot be returned. Unopened products qualify for return within 30 days if they are sealed in their original packaging with the manufacturer seal unbroken, unused and undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping is at the customer's cost.

Crypto payments

Crypto payments receive 15% off the order subtotal. Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT qualify, and the discount is applied at checkout on the subtotal before shipping.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we inspect it within 2 business days and process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days depending on your bank. Australian Consumer Law entitles you to a refund, repair or replacement for major faults beyond the 30-day window.

Faulty devices

Disposable vapes carry no manufacturer warranty after activation. If a device arrives defective, report it within 7 days to support@igetprosaus.com with your order details and photos and we will replace it. Damage from drops, tampering and normal end-of-life is excluded.

Age restriction

Nicotine vaping products are sold to adults aged 18 and over only. Proof of age may be requested before shipment.
