Terms of sale

Eligibility

You must be 18 or over to order. By placing an order you confirm your age and accept that a courier may ask for photo ID on delivery. Australian nicotine vaping products are subject to prescription requirements; review the listing details and your state's rules before ordering.

Orders and payment

Minimum order is $100. An order is confirmed once payment is received by PayID, bank transfer or crypto. Crypto payments take 15% off the subtotal. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We may cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfil.

Delivery, returns and faults

Delivery times, return conditions, refunds and faulty-device handling are set out on the delivery, refunds & returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Nicotine warning

Nicotine is highly addictive. Products are not for use by non-smokers, pregnant women or people with heart conditions. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
