What we collect

When you order we collect your name, email, phone number and delivery address, plus the payment reference you send us. Card details are never stored; PayID, bank and crypto payments are handled outside this site. When you contact us we keep the message and your reply address.

Why we use it

To fulfil and deliver your order, verify that you are 18 or over, send order and tracking emails, and answer your messages. We do not send marketing email unless you opt in, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

The courier, for delivery, and nobody else. We do not sell personal data. Parcels carry no branding and no product description on the outside.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for two years for accounting and consumer-law purposes, then deleted. Contact-form messages are kept for one year.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no legal duty to keep it. Email support@igetprosaus.com.
